We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Content Creato
r to develop engaging and impactful content that enhances our brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience engagement strategies

To qualify for this position, you need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (advantageous).
  • Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital marketer, or similar role –
    preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional camera).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in social media advertising (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creativity and innovation in developing fresh content ideas.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and edit high-quality visual and written content (graphics, photos, videos, captions, reels, etc.) that align with the brand identity in conjunction with the team of graphic designers and videographers.
  • Creation will include joining our team of Property Practitioners in the field for content creation, marketing of property and general ideas for brand awareness.
  • Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with campaign goals.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Assist in paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
