Social Media Manager

**Purpose**:
To coordinate and implement social media marketing activities that promote STADIO and its products and services thereby creating brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads.
To design collateral for various social media and digital platforms, print media as well as STADIO HE department needs as required.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
Drive online engagement, increase brand awareness, and gather leads through social media.
Schedule and monitor creative assets such as social posts and digital banners in line with business strategies, according to yearly and monthly content calendars (recruitment seasons, open days, graduations, etc.).
Write copy in line with the creative asset for social media captions and website blog articles.
Report on social media engagement and post performances weekly (organic and paid)
Keep abreast of new online marketing practices and trends.
Plan content with the Content & Digital Media Manager and Head: Marketing & Student Recruitment.
Answer community enquiries on STADIO pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Respond to all enquiries in the voice of STADIO with appropriate and relevant response in a timely manner (as per SOP's).
Oversee escalated complaints (as per SOPs).
Report regarding monthly community/follower numbers, demographic, activities, and trends regarding enquiries.
Maintain the library of Marketing Collateral (Guard Book).
Grow a positive online reputation of STADIO and community of students and prospective students.
Update STADIO website as required.
Design and upload website collateral, academic content and blog articles for Schools as required.
**Collaborate with Content & Digital Media Manager and Head**: Marketing & Student Recruitment to create blog article content In line with SEO best practice.
Design (static, video, gifs, stories, animation)
Design creative assets for social media, digital use, mailers, and website according to a brief, in line with STADIO CI.
Create document and asset templates and update if necessary (information pack, fee schedules, policies).
Design print media assets (posters, banners).
Continually reinforce stakeholder use and conformance to STADIO guidelines, art direction and quality.

Three + years’ experience coordinating social media.
