About the Role We’re looking for a creative, proactive Digital Content Creator who can produce high-quality social media content across multiple formats — including reels, short‑form videos, static posts, carousels, ad creatives, and branded templates. In addition to hands‑on content creation, you’ll also support our UGC efforts by sourcing relevant creators, coordinating content deliveries, and managing communication and briefs. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, trends, visual design, and the fast‑paced world of social content — and who enjoys working with creators and influencers. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Plan, film, and edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Create static posts, stories, and branded carousels in Canva Edit and repurpose raw footage into multiple formats Capture simple product footage or lifestyle shots when needed Design social media graphics and templates that align with brand guidelines Create ad‑ready content that is optimized for Meta, Google, and TikTok Identify trending styles, audio, and formats suitable for each brand Content Execution & Workflow Work from content calendars and briefs Brainstorm creative ideas, angles, hooks, and concepts Deliver weekly content on schedule Organize, name, and store content assets neatly Provide content variations for testing in ads UGC Coordination Source UGC creators who match brand aesthetics and goals Shortlist creators, compare rates, and present options Handle outreach, briefing, and content requirements Manage deadlines, approvals, and deliverables Ensure usage rights and licensing are properly tracked Maintain a database of active UGC creators Review content for quality and brand alignment Manage payments and completed project tracking Tools You Should Be Comfortable With Canva (must be strong here) CapCut or similar video editing tools Google Drive / Google Workspace Bonus: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop or Affinity (not required) Bonus: ClickUp for workflow Ideal Candidate Is highly creative and visually minded Follows social media trends and algorithm shifts Loves experimenting with content and formats Can turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos Enjoys working with influencers and UGC creators Is organised, dependable, and proactive Communicates well and keeps projects moving Takes initiative and brings fresh ideas Experience Level Junior to mid‑weight creators Students or graduates with strong portfolios Freelancers with a knack for short‑form content UGC creators who want to expand into brand creation Portfolio required: TikTok/Reels examples, carousel examples, and/or branded graphics.
