Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. The ideal candidate will have practical

experience in Salesforce administration and a strong understanding of the platform, gained through real-world application rather than just theoretical knowledge. This role will be crucial in optimizing our Salesforce system to enhance our recruitment processes and overall business operations.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.Perform daily administration and support tasks, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permission sets.Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows.Data Management:Oversee data imports, exports, and updates using tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.Conduct regular data audits and de-duplication efforts to ensure data quality and accuracy.User Support & Training:Provide support and training to Salesforce users to maximize platform effectiveness.Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.System Optimization:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Identify and implement solutions to improve business processes within Salesforce.Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing updates as necessary.Reporting & Analytics:Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams.Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, not just as an end-user.Demonstrated experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.Experience with Salesforce Trailhead transcriptions and practical exercises.Proficiency in Salesforce tools and third-party applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not mandatory if practical experience is evident.
