Job Title: Salesforce Administrator & Automation Specialist

Overview: We're looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator who can go beyond standard admin tasks and help us supercharge our sales and operations stack. The role is hands-on: automating workflows, integrating apps, and using AI tools to make Salesforce and BookNow seamless, scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (reports, dashboards, flows, emailers).
  • Automate communications and workflows (trigger-based emails, task automation, follow-ups).
  • Build and manage Web-to-Lead forms and app integrations (including BookNow, marketing tools, payments, etc.).
  • Explore and implement messaging integrations (e.g. Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp).
  • Use LLMs (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT) for automation, data enrichment, and content generation inside workflows.
  • Apply basic HTML skills for email templates, landing forms, and front-end tweaks.
  • Maintain data quality, manage user access, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide support, training, and best practices for internal users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
  • Strong Salesforce configuring skills (flows, automations, dashboards, web-to-lead).
  • Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for email and form customization.
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, and third-party connectors (Zapier/Make advantageous).
  • Familiarity with Twilio, marketing automation, or booking platforms a plus.
  • Curious and resourceful — able to leverage AI tools (Gemini, GPT) to streamline work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town, Western Cape (City of Cape Town): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

  • Salesforce: 2 years (Required)
  • basic HTML/CSS for email and form customization.: 1 year (Required)
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, and third-party connectors: 1 year (Preferred)
