Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the City of Cape Town for the role of Inbound Agent. The Inbound Agent will be responsible for managing incoming customer interactions in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Agents are expected to deliver exceptional service while adhering to company policies and service guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including active listening and problem resolution
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, maintain accuracy, and work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with computer systems and basic data entry skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in a customer support role, especially in inbound environments, is an advantage
  • Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn company-specific processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are beneficial
