Introduction

A client in manufacturing is looking to employ a Call Centre Agent that will provide professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively and within agreed timelines.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Capture and update customer information accurately on the system.

  • Escalate complex queries or complaints to the relevant department when necessary.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets (e.g., call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).

  • Call Centre or Customer Service certificate (advantageous).

  • 1–2 years' experience in a call centre or customer service role.

  • Cold and Cold Calling experience

  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (advantageous).

Package & Remuneration

R8000 + Commission
