Our client, a leading technology and data-driven organization, is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Business Performance Management team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting business needs with IT solutions — analyzing processes, defining requirements, and ensuring that system implementation delivers measurable value. You'll collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, and stakeholders across the business to ensure that the technology supports our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicitation & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to capture, document, and analyze business needs using techniques such as workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
  • System Integration & Testing Support: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Support integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation.
  • System Support & Data Analysis: Provide business-side system support. Validate data using SQL queries and troubleshooting functionality issues.
  • Project & Implementation Support: Assist with project planning, scope definition, and deployment activities. Maintain business documentation and process models.
  • Change Management: Support change impact analysis, stakeholder communication, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful transitions.
 
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Relevant Business Analysis Certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or Agile Analysis) are advantageous.
    • Project Management Certifications (CAPM, PMP, or Agile) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
    • Proven experience with business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
    • Exposure to system integration projects and working with development or architecture teams.
    • Experience in telecommunications or technology environments is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Zendesk and/or Splynx systems would be beneficial.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and business contexts.
    • Proficiency in SQL scripting, data validation, and API documentation interpretation.
    • Understanding of UML diagrams, ERDs, and process flow documentation.
    • Knowledge of WPF frameworks, HTML, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman and Swagger) advantageous.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
