IV Interactive is a high-performing creative & digital agency delivering award-winning results for healthcare and other industries worldwide. We're looking for a
data-driven, detail-obsessed
assistant to help power our paid media program.

Must-Haves

  • Looker Studio
    (build & maintain dashboards; clear storytelling with data)
  • Hands-on Google Search campaigns
    (setup, QA, pacing, bidding, reporting)
  • Advanced Google Sheets
    (formulas, pivots),
    GA4
    ,
    Supermetrics
  • Agency experience; strong communication and reliability on
    EST hours

What You'll Do

  • Maintain monthly dashboards & KPI reports; monitor pacing and performance
  • Update ad copy, run ad hoc reports, organize receipts, manage restarts
  • Conduct competitor research (creative/message, positioning, impression share)
  • Analyze copy & landing pages; identify A/B test opportunities
  • Liaise with Paid Media, Creative, SEO & Account teams; present insights

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    healthcare/medical
    vertical
  • Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok ads
