Finance and Procurement Executive

to join this dynamic environment — someone who will work closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the efficient operation and continued growth of our international group.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance and Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support procurement activities, including supplier and purchase order management.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to ensure the smooth operation of financial and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions in accounting software (Xero)

  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

  • Process accounts payable and manage accounts inbox

  • Maintain and balance general ledger accounts

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing

  • Track and manage petty cash and expense claims

  • Maintain fixed asset register

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

  • Liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed

  • Assist with procurement and supplier management

  • Support warehouse and logistics operations

  • Oversee suppliers and office cleaners in the South African office

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
