We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage procurement and inventory processes within a dynamic retail environment. This role ensures efficient purchasing, accurate stock control, and strong supplier relationships to support smooth operations.

This role is responsible for managing procurement and inventory processes to ensure smooth retail operations. Key duties include processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting negotiations. The position also involves conducting stock counts, managing goods receiving, and handling returns while ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential to align procurement needs and maintain efficient stock control.
 
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with procurement/inventory ERP systems (e.g., Xurrent or similar)
Solid understanding of procurement processes and inventory principles
 
Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12) required
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
Procurement or inventory certifications (e.g., CIPS) advantageous
