A dynamic growing firm professional services firm with international reach is looking for a Procurement Manager. We are looking for a talented Procurement Manager to establish and manage the supplier management processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

In this high-impact role, you will be integral to developing our international procurement landscape. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement function across the firm's two international offices. This role will ensure that services are sourced strategically, contracts are negotiated effectively, and procurement processes align with financial and compliance standards. The position requires supplier management and operational oversight to support the firm's growth. In this position you will enhance procurement efficiency, ensure compliance, mitigate contracting and contract renewal risks, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning by forecasting procurement needs tied to firm growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet operational and service needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
  • Maintaining a register of all supplier contract throughout the business.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to secure favourable terms.
  • Centralized review of material supplier contracts prior to signing.
  • Creating and ensuring ongoing compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Developing procurement frameworks and supplier performance matrices.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls.
  • Supporting departments with procurement training and onboarding.
  • Maintaining contract registers and approval checklists.
  • Centralised review of all major supplier contracts.

You will have proven experience in procurement management, ideally within professional services or finance. It's important to possess strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage cross-border procurement operations and adapt to international contexts
