Customer Support Agent
to join our dynamic team
As the
first point of contact
for our business clients and merchants, you'll play a key role in delivering fast, professional, and accurate support. You don't need to be a technical expert — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and escalate issues to the right teams when needed.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact via
chat, email, and crm - Guide merchants on
AO Pay's payment solutions
, transaction statuses, and account queries - Spot and escalate
potential fraud or compliance issues - Log all client interactions and escalate technical matters to our CS2 team
- Help merchants navigate the
AO Pay portal
and understand payment processing timelines - Monitor transaction success rates and flag abnormalities for investigation
