Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cape Town for a Senior Customer Support Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and analyzing support trends. As part of the team, you will oversee customer needs, deliver excellent service, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues effectively
- Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, improving processes, and addressing customer concerns
- Experience in mentoring or managing support teams is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer support platforms and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
