Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department

- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. 

The working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
