Role Description

This is a fixed term on-site role for a Dutch Customer Support agent at Outsource-X South Africa located in the Somerset West. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve customer issues effectively. All support to be done in writing, not voice. The representative will need to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Dutch and deliver exceptional service to meet customer expectations.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
  • Ability to work on-site in Somerset West, Western Cape
  • Proven experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
