Sales Representative – Signage, Branding & POS Manufacturing

Location: Gauteng

Reporting to: Managing Director

We are a leading signage, branding, and point-of-sale manufacturing company, trusted by blue-chip clients across South Africa. As we continue to expand our national footprint, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to drive growth in Gauteng and surrounding regions.

This role is ideal for a driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting clients, closing deals, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a strong client base across Gauteng and neighbouring provinces
  • Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of R650,000
  • Conduct client visits and new business development a minimum of 4 days per week
  • Reserve 1 day per week for follow-ups, quotations, and administration
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and participate in goal-based meetings with management
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with consistent, demonstrable achievement of sales targets
  • Experience in signage, branding, printing, POS or similar industries (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
  • Highly target-driven with excellent time-management and administrative ability
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively across Gauteng
