Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the City of Johannesburg. The Sales Representative will actively engage with customers in the meat and food industry to promote and sell Golden Spices' wide range of products. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include attending industry events or trade shows, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports to support business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of meat processing, spices, food products, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle client accounts and meet deadlines effectively
  • Capacity for market research and analysis, paired with goal-oriented decision-making
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently
