Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, maintain customer relationships, and expand our footprint in both retail and wholesale markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers.
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence.
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the food or beverage sector (manufacturing, wholesale, or FMCG).
Strong understanding of South African retail and distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within South Africa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
