Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to
customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping
experience within a retail environment.


Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
● Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
● Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
● Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
● Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues promptly
● Stay informed about new products and services
● Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality


Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
● Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
● Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
● Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
