Job Summary:

Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Outreach Associate to support our business development efforts and help us connect with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early-career experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement who's ready to take on a broader role involving research, outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building.

Youll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and help move prospects through the pipeline. If you're resourceful, organized, and energized by making connections we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads, companies, and decision-makers

  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Initiate conversations, engage potential clients, and build rapport

  • Qualify prospects and help coordinate follow-up actions or meetings

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and lead data in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the overall sales process

  • Meet or exceed individual outreach and engagement targets

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Research-savvy with attention to detail

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by results
