Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Sales Associate, based in Johannesburg. The Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and fostering client relationships. Daily tasks include assisting clients with product selections, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions, and representing the premium values of the brands within the Surtee Group portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Attention to detail and aesthetic sense to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Proficiency in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technologies.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of premium brand values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or upscale environments is highly advantageous.
