Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong professional relationships, and promoting the company's air conditioning and refrigeration services. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The associate will also provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems is a plus
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM software or sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying results-focused
  • Experience in the HVAC or refrigeration industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
