As an AMS Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS. The role of the Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process for South Africa.
- Facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
Skills & Experience
What you need to have to be successful:
- Senior level experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and focused on South Africa market, working directly with Hiring Managers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
- Previous international exposure to working with different geographies and cultures
- Capable of dealing with ambiguity and everchanging priorities
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
