**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Title**:Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Type of Employment**:Long Term Contract, 12 months to start

**ABOUT THE JOB**:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization hires top talent and maintains a strong employer brand.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for recruitment process from start to hire.
- Place vacancy adverts in various media platforms and manage the responses thereof.
- Conduct MIE checks, etc.
- Facilitating and partake in interviews.
- Conducting assessments.
- Maintain the movement sheet (keeping it updated).
- Maintain the companys ATS System (CSOD).
- Developing a pipeline/ database of talent for future hiring.
- Liaise and advise the hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools and techniques including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Understanding and adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO/ Employment Equity) and other employment laws and regulations.

**PACKAGE & REMUNERATION**:
