About the Role:

We're looking for a
Product Management Intern
who's excited to work hands-on with our founder-led team to build the future of financial inclusion in South Africa.

This is a hands-on role where you will be integral to achieving our pre-seed mandate: proving Product-Market Fit for our initial go-to-market model.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with our Founder/CEO and Technical Lead to define product requirements
  • Analyse user feedback and data to directly improve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
  • Help manage product sprints, timelines, and documentation in a lean, agile environment
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions
  • Help shape and optimise the tenant user experience, from our "frictionless signup" process to the rewards redemption flow.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A bias toward action—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.
  • A genuine passion for FinTech, user experience, and our core mission to drive financial inclusion

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in startups or product design.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and the tools used to measure user engagement and retention.
