The Internal Technical Sales Representative is responsible for managing standard and moderately technical sales enquiries, preparing quotations, engaging customers, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. The role contributes directly to revenue generation by responding quickly to enquiries, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and maintaining professional and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.

The position forms a key part of the internal sales function, working closely with suppliers, Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

6.     Collaboration Sales, Sales Operations and Key Accounts

8.     Learning and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

Grade 12, science-relation subjects advantageous but not required.

Experience

Experience in a customer-facing technical or sales-related role (e.g., internal sales, technica support, customer service or similar). Experience working with laboratory equipment, mining supply, engineer products, instrial tools, or technical consulables is adavantageous.
