Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in the City of Cape Town, for a B2B Travel Sales Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for selling our online services to other Travel Agents and Businesses that require leisure and corporate travel.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Strong skills in Travel Arrangements.
  • Experience in Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering quality support
  • Ability to work in a high-paced B2B environment and manage multiple clients efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in corporate travel consulting or a related role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and systems is beneficial
