, seeks to appoint a
Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will be successful in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements
Minimum Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience
- Must reside in or near Rustenburg (relocation will be at own costs)
- Own reliable transport
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Grade 12 or similar
- Tertiary certification or qualification will be advantageous
