Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Rustenburg. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, attending client meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and handling sales inquiries
- Ability to meet sales targets and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software, with a solid understanding of sales processes
- Analytical abilities to identify business opportunities and customer needs
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial-related field is a plus
- A valid driver's license is required
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
