We are looking for a dedicated
Industrial Psychologist Intern
to join our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about psychometrics, talent acquisition, and applying psychological principles within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Honours degree in Industrial Psychology
    (essential).
  • Registered with the HPCSA
    as a
    Psychometrist
    or
    Student Psychometrist
    (proof required).
  • Knowledge of psychometric testing, talent assessment, and ethical guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities (Recruitment-Focused)

  • Administer, score, and interpret
    psychometric assessments
    for recruitment and selection purposes.
  • Support end-to-end
    recruitment processes
    , including screening, shortlisting, and competency-based interviewing.
  • Assist with compiling assessment feedback reports for hiring managers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations related to candidate-job fit.
  • Maintain assessment tools, secure scoring protocols, and ensure adherence to HPCSA ethical standards.
  • Support general HR and administrative tasks within the recruitment department.
