Role Description

The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the HR team with various functions such as industrial relations, policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development, performance management, HR information systems and administration. Preference will be accorded to persons with disabilities in line with our commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity.

Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.


•Exposure to Sage 300 payroll system will be advantageous


•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.


•Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.


•Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).


•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


•Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.


•A commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


•Ability to cope under pressure and troubleshoot where necessary.
