About the Company: A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup helping restaurants strengthen customer loyalty and online reputation. Our platform enables restaurants to collect real-time feedback, integrate seamlessly with POS and accounting systems, and leverage AI insights to reduce churn, grow SMS lists, and boost Google Reviews.
About the Role: As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, reaching out to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our solution. You'll manage the top of the sales funnel—generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking demos for our Account Executives.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a true hunter mindset. You'll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and directly impact the company's revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and managers.Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive opportunities to close.Follow and refine sales scripts while handling objections effectively.Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.Maintain accurate activity tracking and KPI reporting in the CRM.Hard Skills Required:
4–7 years of outbound/cold-calling experience in B2B or SaaS sales.Excellent written and spoken English; clear, concise communicator.Proficient in any CRM tools and disciplined in managing pipelines.Ability to quickly learn a new SaaS product and translate value to SMB buyers.Soft Skills Required:
Persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented "hunter" mindset.Coachable and proactive, comfortable adapting to feedback and iteration.High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability in all client interactions.Strong rapport-building skills and cultural adaptability when dealing with diverse clients.
Success Metrics:
Closed/Won Opportunities (Revenue/Sales Volume): The ultimate measure of success, reflecting the core responsibility to "drive opportunities to close."Conversion Rate (from Qualified Lead to Close): Measures the efficiency and effectiveness of managing the sales pipeline and qualifying leads after the initial cold call.Dial/Call Volume and Connection Rate (Daily/Weekly Activity): A crucial leading indicator for a high-volume cold-calling role, ensuring the representative is executing the required level of outreach and maintaining the activity tracking mentioned in the responsibilities.-
