About the Opportunity:

As the
Project Manager,
you'll act as a trusted delivery partner to CX leads and the wider business. Your focus is to help CX priority initiatives succeed by creating structure, driving momentum, and maintaining high visibility across workstreams.

You'll support high-impact projects such as HubSpot optimisation, onboarding redesigns, knowledge base development, churn playbook rollouts and customer-facing campaigns. You'll coordinate the right teams, manage timelines, surface risks early and keep execution on track so these projects are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable impact.

In this role, you'll work closely with CX team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, unblock delivery and make sure every initiative ties back to Wetu's commercial and customer goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in making complex projects run smoothly and in seeing plans turn into live outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery:
    Define project scope, objectives and success metrics in partnership with CX Leads and drive cross-functional delivery to achieve them. Coordinate work, manage timelines, surface risks early and keep projects moving. Manage multiple projects in parallel, keeping timelines, dependencies, and outcomes on track.
  • Cross-functional Communication & Alignment:
    Maintain clear communication across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring expectations are aligned and risks are identified early.
  • Project Oversight, Risk & Quality Control
    : Ensure projects are delivered with high standards by monitoring progress, managing risks, and addressing blockers. Maintain quality across all deliverables through structured reviews and documentation.
  • Reporting & Tracking
    : Track project progress, performance and outcomes using advanced Jira capabilities. Build dashboards, automate workflows and generate reports to give CX leads clear, actionable insight to manage delivery and to keep leadership informed.
  • Resource & Budget Oversight
    : Coordinate team capacity and resources and monitor budgets to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within scope.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    : Identify ways to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and implement tools or methods that improve delivery across projects.
  • Event & Initiative Oversight:
    Oversee the planning and execution of CX initiatives, including webinars, product launches, and pilots, ensuring smooth logistics and measurable outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
    , ideally in a SaaS, digital or customer experience environment.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality assurance principles.
  • Practical exposure to CX operations
    , for example, onboarding, retention, segmentation or CRM workflows (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical or operational detail for different audiences.
  • Experienced in Jira
    , Confluence or similar tools for tracking delivery, building dashboards, managing status and risk with Atlassian experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to link project outcomes to business impact.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure, able to reprioritise and pivot when needed.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or Agile) is advantageous but not essential.
