Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a mature Administrative Personal Assistant to a Momentum MFP Financial Advisor. Offices are located in Randburg Johannesburg The Administrative Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives with daily running of the office, administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating communications, and handling client queries. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills. Bilingual: English, Afrikaans required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel and MS Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in a similar role and Momentum Product& systems knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Own transport and License
