Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager in KZN. We are looking for a leader with horticultural qualifications and experience in Landscaping. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations within their region, ensuring service delivery excellence across all sites. Responsibilities include team management, optimizing operational efficiencies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to budgets and company standards. The role will also involve addressing client-specific needs, spearheading regional initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee regional operations effectively
- Budgeting, financial management, and operational strategy skills
- Strong customer relationship management and client service expertise
- Experience in facilities management services such as landscaping, security, cleaning, or pest control
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology tools and understand state-of-the-art equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards
- Experience in similar roles with a proven track record of operational excellence is advantageous
