Join Our Team as a Business Support Executive

Are you highly organized, proactive, and thrive on keeping a business running smoothly? Scale Shore consuliting is looking for a Business Support Executive who excels at handling cases, delivering accurate responses, and keeping operations on track

What You'll Do:

  • Be the backbone of our business operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle cases and inquiries with professionalism, providing precise and timely responses.
  • Support management and teams with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence that make an impact.
  • Coordinate projects, follow up on action items, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in business administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Accuracy in handling cases, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
