Business Development Executive
to help accelerate our growth in the Netherlands.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the IT industry
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn)
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Present our recruitment solutions and convert prospects into long-term partners
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless client service

What You Bring

  • Proven outbound sales experience in IT recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies & the IT sector
  • A fearless approach to cold calling and new business acquisition
  • A positive and proactive mindset, driven by results and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is not required but considered an asset
  • Personal goals: You actively work on your personal development, professionally and privately
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
