Agency Growth Executive

We're looking for a Growth Executive who thinks differently—someone ambitious, curious, and ready to make an impact. You'll work closely with our Growth team and across the agency to identify leads, manage pipelines, and turn opportunities into new business. You don't have to come from a traditional sales or agency background - experience in project management, research, insights, or operational roles can be just as valuable if you've demonstrated the ability to drive growth or improve processes.
What you'll do
Drive new business
Research prospects and identify opportunities using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Similarweb, and others.
Build, maintain, and nurture a strong pipeline of leads.
Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to secure meetings.
Personalise communications to increase engagement and convert leads.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on pipeline health.
Coordinate bids and pitches
Track bid deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure submissions are delivered on time.
Collect and organise materials from internal teams to support bids, pitches, and proposals.
Manage bid portals, documentation, and administrative processes to keep everything on track.
Ensure all submissions meet agency quality standards and reflect our values.
Support case studies, awards entries, and growth-focused events from a logistics and operational perspective.
Collaborate and improve
Work across teams to make sure client opportunities are aligned with agency capabilities.
Keep bid and prospect databases organised and up to date.
Review processes, gather feedback, and implement improvements to maximise efficiency.
Who we're looking for
Role
We want someone ambitious, organised, and results-driven. If you've worked in growth, business development, project management, research, insights, or operational roles, and have demonstrated the ability to drive results, this could be the role for you:
Experience: 1+ years in growth, business development, lead generation, project management, research, or similar roles. Media, tech, creative, or B2B environments are ideal. Agency experience is a bonus but not essential.
Track record: Clear examples of delivering results, whether generating leads, supporting business development, managing projects that improved efficiency, or turning research into actionable insight.
Organisation & prioritisation: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling deadlines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
Analytical & data-driven: Comfortable working with data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and measure success. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication & relationships: Able to articulate ideas clearly, influence others, and build rapport with colleagues and external contacts.
Performance under pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments and meets deadlines consistently.
Tech-savvy: Interested in AI, research tools, CRMs, or marketing technologies and how these can be leveraged to improve sales and growth processes.
