About Letly:

Letly is building the AI letting agency — automating rental workflows end-to-end to manage the trillions spent on rent globally. We've closed our pre-seed round and are now hiring a Growth Lead to scale landlord acquisition in the UK.

What will you do?

  • Grow our UK landlord base.
    Own the top of the funnel and deliver ambitious monthly targets.
  • Find new channels.
    Outreach, partnerships, communities, events, referrals, content—whatever works. Ship tests weekly.
  • Build relationships.
    Earn trust with landlords and understand their needs.
  • Close the loop.
    Feed insights back to product and engineering.
  • Create the playbook.
    Write scripts, offers, and objection-handling notes; set up basic CRM reporting.

What do you need to bring?

  • High agency.
    You run with problems and execute without waiting for permission.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
    You've built something yourself (a startup, side project, or community).
  • People skills.
    You communicate clearly and enjoy connecting with customers.
  • Drive and determination.
    You set ambitious targets and beat them.
