Custom95
is the merch agency for bold brands in Europe.

We create and design high-quality merchandise that people actually want to keep

We do this for clients like Heineken, Absolut Vodka, Klarna, big festivals, tech companies, agencies and more.

We are growing fast and looking for a
Remote Creative Designer
who can turn ideas into stunning visuals and pitch-winning products & merch mock ups.

Your Role

You will work closely with the sales team to:


• Create
high-impact proposals
and
creative pitches
for clients


• Design
merch concepts
, limited drops, brandshops UI/UX and full campaign visuals


• Know what's trending in merchandise, fashion and product design


• Build
stunning product mock-ups
and lifestyle visuals


• Work fast and deliver clean, on-brand designs and proposals.


• Use
AI tools
(Midjourney / Firefly / ChatGPT / etc.) to create
hyper-realistic design ideas


• Prepare proposals & pitches in
Canva

- Create designs and mock ups with Illustrator, Photoshop


• Combine creativity with commercial thinking: what will sell, what fits the brand?


• Support on presentations and design templates

You Are


• A visual creator with an eye for trends and aesthetics


• Fast, flexible, reliable — you deliver quality under time pressure


• Experienced with merch design and product visualization


• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up and elevate your work


• Strong in English communication


• Someone who loves trying new ideas and pushing creativity forward


• Able to work independently and remotely

Skills


• Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop


• AI image tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT,Firefly, Stable Diffusion)


• Mock-up creation & rendering


• Presentation design


• Branding and visual identity


• Understanding of high-quality merchandising

What You'll Work On


• Limited drops for FMCG, tech and festivals


• Brandshops and merch collections


• VIP kits and gifting concepts


• Onboarding kits, loyalty merch, influencer boxes


• Campaign visuals and client decks


• New product ideas and trend scouting

Compensation


•
Full-time salary: ZAR 15,000 per month
