About the team
Our Creative team operates like a compact agency within the agency. Strategists, copywriters, editors, designers, and media buyers work in tight sprints to turn insights into briefs, scripts, UGC concepts, video copywriting, and learning reports. We value curiosity, clean thinking, and results that show up in CTR, CVR, and CPA.
About the role
You will help turn research into work that performs. That means digging into the brief, understanding the audience and offer, shaping a clear strategy, and writing copy that moves people to act.
You will work closely with project managers, editors, and media buyers. Together you will break down complex asks into simple plans, build testable ideas, and ship assets on a tight cadence. You will present your thinking in reviews and client calls, explain the choices you made, and adjust quickly based on results.
You are strong on written craft and tone. You can write hook variations, short ads, UGC scripts, landing page heroes and subheads. You know how copy needs to change from scroll to click to conversion, and how platform context affects hooks and structure.
You are comfortable across channels: paid social, short video, landing pages, and light lifecycle. You care about both story and numbers. You can link your words to a hypothesis, a KPI, and a next test.
You will work across a range of categories. Typical projects include direct to consumer brands in food and beverage, beauty and personal care, wellness, outdoor, technology, and retail. One week might be discovery and concepting. The next might be scripting, polishing, and building a learning report.
You use practical AI tools for research and first drafts without lowering the editorial bar. You document voice rules, capture examples of what good looks like, and help the team reuse winning patterns.
What You'll Do
- Conduct hypothesis driven industry and consumer research to uncover insights that inform copy and creative strategy.
- Write clear, compelling copy for ads, (UGC, Social media, Campaigns), and other marketing assets, leveraging proven frameworks and brand-specific tone to create messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new product offerings.
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and media buyers to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines with quality and detail.
- Stay on top of industry and consumer trends, as well as creative/advertising best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze markets, consumers, and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of grammar.
- A
self-starter
who can work independently, stay organized, and manage competing priorities. - You have Critical thinking skills, you can go from insights to actionable creative solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, strategy, marketing, or a related agency role is a plus
- Experience in performance marketing, UGC-style advertising, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus
- Interest in or experience using GenAI tools as part of your creative process.
- Background in journalism, marketing, English, or related field (degree not required).

We set pay based the experience and skills you bring. For full time roles we use a salary range with benefits and growth paths. Final offers reflect role level, portfolio strength, location, and job related factors.
