Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for our used vehicle department. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a range of used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our inventory of used vehicles
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads
  • Conduct test drives with customers and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of used vehicles, including makes, models, and features
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Valid sales license or certification a plus
