Sales Manager – New Business

Role Purpose :

The Sales Manager – New Business will be responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding companies customer base through innovative ICT and business automation solutions. This individual will lead a dynamic sales team, identify new market opportunities, and deliver on revenue and profitability targets by building strong, solution-driven relationships with clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive new business development within the ICT and office automation sectors.

· Provide strategic sales leadership and coaching to develop high-performing sales teams.

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.

· Lead client engagement initiatives, including prospecting, presentations, and solution proposals.

· Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

· Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.

· Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

· Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless solution delivery.

· Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic insights for management.

Skills & Requirements:

· Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric.

· A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be advantageous.

· Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Sales Manager role within the Office Automation or ICT industry.

· Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and solution selling.

· Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

· High level of business acumen and commercial awareness.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
