Job Title: Sales Executive - New Vehicles

Location: Hyundai Paarl

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional sales performance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for new vehicle technologies and features. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.

2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of new vehicles.

4. Negotiate sales deals and close transactions with customers.

5. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

6. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

7. Stay up-to-date on new vehicle technologies, trends, and market developments.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

9. Prepare and submit timely sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales of new vehicles or automotive products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of new vehicle technologies and features.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
