Role Description

This is a full-time role for Systems Implementation Interns based in the Johannesburg. The intern will shadow key stakeholders by assisting with system implementations, supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules, and collaborating with clients to understand and document their business needs.

You will also learn technical support processes, including deployment phases, participate in user training sessions, and provide valuable insights to improve user adoption and system efficiency. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ERP experience within a dynamic, tech-driven environment. This is a learning opportunity, full training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in System Implementations and Technical Support
  • Analytical skills for understanding and addressing client needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems; prior exposure to other ERP platforms/systems is a plus
  • Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related
    graduate
