Role Description

This is a part-time or full time remote role within our Marketing team at diginu. The successful candidates will deliver exceptional customer service while participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest sales and marketing techniques. You will onboard restaurants, grocery and liquor stores in South Africa. Every order placed on the diginu app from the successfully onboarded stores will result in commission every single time. As a result, the commission can become significant, dependent on your own efforts.

The Industry

R50 billion+ will be spent in 2025 on online food ordering in South Africa and 21.1 million people order online. This industry is HUGE and as a result, the commission is far above industry standard for marketing opportunities.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and potential leads effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  • B2B (Business 2 Business) and B2C (Business 2 Customer) experience
  • Willingness to participate in Training and professional development programs
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities remotely
  • Problem-solving skills and a 'go-getter attitude
  • Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry a plus but not mandatory
  • Must be a South African resident/ valid permit holder, located in South Africa. If not, please do not apply.
