About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with care

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience (advantageous but not required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and passion for helping customers

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
