Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in the City of Cape Town, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, conducting property showings, managing inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Associate will assist in property listings, negotiate deals, and monitor market trends to provide tailored recommendations to clients. Driving sales, coordination of documentation, and liaising with other industry professionals are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of real estate processes, sales strategies, and market research
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking capabilities
  • Team collaboration skills, while being self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • Proven ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Valid driver's license is required, along with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
  • Formal education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Competitive Commission splits for performing associates.
