About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned 
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
 with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure migration, GCP architecture, and enterprise-scale program delivery. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully executing complex cloud initiatives across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large infrastructure migration programs and cloud transformation initiatives
  • Provide end-to-end program oversight, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with engineering, security, networking, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on cloud strategy and technical execution
  • Drive program governance, risk management, and compliance adherence
  • Support the definition of cloud architecture and operating models
  • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, and dependencies
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, technical artefacts, and program communication
  • Promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement across cloud teams
  • Identify program blockers and implement mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform architecture and services
  • Hands-on familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise cloud migrations
  • Deep knowledge of cloud governance, operational models, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
